I was traveling in Prague when I stumbled across this amazing wall mounted coffee Grinder. I knew I needed it. While I was restoring it, I took a little detour and had some fun using all the parts for a little screen printing art.
The first step was to disassemble it. This is when I first realized there were a lot of fun shapes that had potential for a cool print.
All that turned into some experimentation with layouts, transparent inks, and screen printing exposures.
Final product was a cool little poster that was the same aspect ratio as the backer for the actual grinder.
And of course, the restored grinder itself. Works great to get the perfect grind for my morning Moka pot.
